All ships board at the BIWTA Nuniarchhara jetty (নুনিয়ারছড়া বিআইডব্লিউটিএ জেটি, কক্সবাজার) on the Bakkhali river. Reach the jetty by 6:00–6:45 AM — boarding closes before departure and late passengers are not refunded.
